We have recently installed banner flags on the streetlight poles at the entrances.  

The Villages on Grant Homeowner Association is hosting our Community Garage Sale. Homeowners across the neighborhood will be cleaning out their garages and pricing everything to sale.
When: Friday and Saturday, September 13th and 14th
Where:Throughout the Villages on Grant neighborhood, located 0.7 miles north of Spring Cypress Road and Grant Road in Cypress.

Summer Event

Villages on Grants will be having a summer event on Saturday, July 26th, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the pond towards the back. There will be food, soft drink and fun for all ages. Stay tune  for more details on Facebook and here.

Yard of the month

This year, it has been a long winter and our flower bed and yard took a beating. Now Spring is here, it is time to get our flower bed and yard looking great once again. Homeowners, make it hard on us to pick a yard. We shall be able to pick out a yard by this weekend April 12, 2014. The winning will get a $25.00 gift card to the Houston Garden.

• Election of three (3) Directors for Two-Year Terms
• Financial Status & 2014 Budget
• Other Business as Raised at the Meeting

The media has recently reported some home invasions in the Cypress area. We want to remind everyone to be cautions and report any suspicious activity to the Constables
