The next annual meeting for the Villages on Grant Homeowner Association will be April 9, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Black Elementary. Notification has been mailed out.The following items are on the agenda:  

• Election of three (3) Directors for Two-Year Terms
• Financial Status & 2014 Budget
• Other Business as Raised at the Meeting

Community Garage Sale, April 4th and 5th

The Villages on Grant Homeowner Association is hosting our Spring Community Garage Sale. Homeowners across the neighborhood will be cleaning out their garages and pricing everything to sale.

When:  Friday and Saturday, April 4th and 5th
Where:Throughout the Villages on Grant neighborhood, located 0.7 miles north of Spring Cypress Road and Grant Road in Cypress.
