Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, there will not be an in-person meeting and, as a result, the director election will be conducted differently than in past years.  A meeting invitation and ballot was mailed to each owner on September 8, 2020

A few updates-

We are still working with insurance to have the front monument replaced, along with the greenery and flowerbeds that were destroyed. We are very grateful for your patience during this long process. We will update you as news comes along.

Also, this coming week, the paths that lead to pond are scheduled to be replaced/ repaired. If we get exact dates, I’ll be sure to let you know.

BECURTESY CT. will be BLOCKED tomorrow, September 7th, 2019, for the party from 12-4pm. We will be having deliveries and set up in the Becurtesy cul-de-sac several hours before and after. Your driveways WILL BE BLOCKED during the event. Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are aware of the dead-looking spots in the front grass and the grass around the pond. The lawn company just laid down fertilizer to get rid of the winter Rye grass and it will be about 2-3 weeks before the summer Bermuda grass looks the way it should. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

The Annual Meeting will be held on April 29, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Black Elementary.  An invitation will be mailed to all owners prior to the meeting.   The purpose of this letter is to ask for volunteers for the board.

There are five positions on the board.  Two positions on the Board of Directors will be open for election at the annual meeting. There are no specific qualifications for the board but it is important to elect members who will represent the general interests of the community as a whole.  

The board has broad authority and responsibility for the management of the association, its financial affairs, maintenance of assets and enforcement of the deed restrictions related to community affairs and maintenance.  Please reference the by-laws and deed restrictions posted the webpage at www.villagesongrant.com for additional information on roles and responsibilities. Note, board members are not compensated for their service to the community. 

If you want to be considered for election to one of these positions at the upcoming meeting and to have your name and related biographical information included in the meeting invitation please forward the following information to our management company, ACMI, no later than April 11, 2019, via e-mail to info@acmimgmt.com.  If this information is not received by ACMI by, or before, April 11 you will not be included on the ballot.  You will still be able to run as a write-in candidate at the meeting.

Upcoming Dates-
-The Spring Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for April 5th-7th, 2019. This is a rain or shine event.

-The Annual HOA Meeting on April 29th, 2019. The meeting will be held at Black Elementary which is located at 14155 Grant Road in cypress, TX. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm in the cafeteria. We will be discussing current projects, homeowner concerns, and will be electing board members. More information on board member elections will be sent out in a couple of weeks. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

-The Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for October 4th-6th, 2019.

Neighborhood Garage Sale

Our next neighborhood garage sale is scheduled for September 14th-16th, 2018.

The HOA will be meeting July 30th at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held at the AMCI offices located at 12603 Louetta Rd., Ste. 101 Cypress, TX 77429. As always, all homeowners are invited to attend.
