This Petition is for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to REJECT any and ALL FUTURE Low Income and Tax Credit based properties in CYPRESS, TEXAS (77429 and 77433). Two properties located in 77429 are in the and 15912 Telge Road, Cypress, TX 77429. (Each property is located just north of Spring Cypress Road on Telge and Grant Roads)

We are urging you to call Representative Allen Fletcher 's office (281) 373-5454. Jack Cagle does NOT support low income housing. And precinct 3 Steve Radack 713-755-6306 to express that you DO NOT want this project built next to our neighborhood.

UPGRADES

     We at VOG continue to take pride in our community by making improvement thought out the neighborhood like adding another street light pole on Riford; sign "please drive slowly we love our children; dog waste station around the pond; banners-front entrance and by the marquee. Trees on Grant Road and Bourland has been trimmed.

     Our next newsletter will be coming out in February.  Any VOG homeowner that is in good standing can advertise their personal business FREE of charge in the newsletter, please contact AMCI @ 281-251-2292 by January 31, 2015.
     We encourage everyone to be watchful and report suspicious vehicles.

We have recently installed banner flags on the streetlight poles at the entrances.  

The Villages on Grant Homeowner Association is hosting our Community Garage Sale. Homeowners across the neighborhood will be cleaning out their garages and pricing everything to sale.
