Dear Mr. Irvine:

I would like to file my opposition to the above referenced developments.

I am greatly concerned over the additional burden added to already overburdened community services such as emergency services, schools, roads, hospitals, etc. I am also greatly concerned with the added crime that traditionally follows these types of multifamily developments. I have children in the district and the size of each classroom prohibits the teachers from providing quality time with each student. 

The school bus service is overburdened and it is becoming increasingly unsafe for children traveling to and from school due to overcrowding and increased traffic.

We already have three low-income housing developments within this area and cannot support another.
