Night Out -- Ice Cream Social Tuesday Oct 4th !

October 4th is National Night Out and you are invited to come have ice cream and meet some neighbors --- Please come to 15514 Riford Dr - 6:30 to 8:30 on Tuesday to meet neighbors and  enjoy some ice cream. We look forward to seeing you !

New Fence on Grant Road !

The Board decided to replace the cedar fence along Grant Road with a new Cedar Fence.
The new fence will be coming as soon as we can get on the contractors schedule - The Board considered several options and upgrades and we listened to homeowners concerns on cost as well. The fence is important to all the homeowners, not just those that live by it, as it is our entrance to the neighborhood and we want it to look nice to help all of our property values. We appreciate all the input we received.  The homeowners will be notified before construction begins.
