Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, September 15th and 16th --

Due to Weather/ Road conditions No Trash and Recyclng pick up Tuesday

Due to weather and road conditions there will be no trash and recycling pickup on Tuesday 29th -- or pickup should resume by Friday -- I hope everyone is staying safe

HOA Board is meeting July 26th at 6:30pm at the ACMI office - Homeowners are welcome to attend.

Happy 4th of July everyone !! Please be safe if your celebration involves fireworks-- please no fireworks around the lake.  We don't want debris in the water that could harm the fish , turtles and birds.  Please be considerate of neighbors with noise that have small children and pets with the noise.
And, please clean up after yourselves to keep our nieghborhood looking nice.  Thank you !!
