2020 Election – Please Vote

 

The 2020 Annual Meeting notice and ballot has been mailed to all homeowners.  If you have not already, please check your mail and submit your ballot today.

You must submit your ballot by September 27 for your vote to be counted.   

All ballots and proxies must include the Voter ID Number to be valid.  The Voter ID Number is included on the mailed ballot.  Please contact ACMI if you do not have your mailed ballot and need your Voter ID Number.  You may mail, e-mail or fax the completed forms to ACMI or you may vote online.

2020 Annual Meeting & Online Ballot

You are invited to attend The Annual Meeting of the members of the Villages on Grant Homeowner Association, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, there will not be an in-person meeting and, as a result, the director election will be conducted differently than in past years.  A meeting invitation and ballot was mailed to each owner on September 8, 2020

Ballots are due by September 27, 2020.   The election results will be announced during the Zoom members meeting.  Members will be able to submit their ballots by mail, email, fax, or online form.   Candidates will not be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
