2020 Annual Meeting & Online Ballot

You are invited to attend The Annual Meeting of the members of the Villages on Grant Homeowner Association, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, there will not be an in-person meeting and, as a result, the director election will be conducted differently than in past years.  A meeting invitation and ballot was mailed to each owner on September 8, 2020

Ballots are due by September 27, 2020.   The election results will be announced during the Zoom members meeting.  Members will be able to submit their ballots by mail, email, fax, or online form.   Candidates will not be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
